These two pictures taken miles and years apart both seam to have the same markings, geologic structure,or erosion.Whatever you want to call it.
I thought these were some sort of carvings or something like that.The more I look at the more it looks like if you could pick up the rocks and put them together the shapes would match up.
So maybe these are the remnants of some sort of joint for connecting two rocks together. Or the slot for a girder.
