Outlined Version
This is a circle of stones/columns.
The columns that lead out and to the left lead to the city square.
There is a bird shaped structure to the upper right.
Also,they are hard to see(check Outlined Version),there are two smaller circles one on each side.They look evenly spaced but its hard to tell at this angle.
